I take it all in today as a sign and today the world seems a blaze with signs.  Never have we lived in more exciting times than to see biblical prophecy unfold right before our eyes.  Never have we as people who have accepted Jesus Christ as Savior need to be more awake, aware and prepared than now.

I myself am merely a watchman on the wall not by my own desire but a call from the Lord many years ago.  I’m aware of the many other faithful some who are called to be soldiers on the ground others who stand in the gaps, the warriors at the gates, the peacekeepers, the ambassadors, those sent and those who remain at home are all important and necessary.

I don’t overlook the significance of the many members and respect each calling.  I will admit that I often have a difficult time understanding different views but I realize that is possibly because I’m standing in a different place.  My position may not allow me to see what you see or hear what you hear but I will listen still to recognize the voice of my beloved and that is the voice I follow.

There is a great deal of deception running rampant these days.  There are those who call themselves Christians and many buildings with the word Church attached to them that apparently are just wearing the external name without an internal change.

People say regularly that they attend God’s house or make the comment this is the Father’s house and they are usually speaking of the building that they attend.  That statement is simply not true.  I’ve gone to many building by choice as well as invitation and I went expecting to hear from Our Father but more often than not I left disappointed.  This was due to the fact that some of what I heard didn’t sound like the Father at all yet people were attributing the words to him.

Sometimes I get the feeling that people say it’s the Lord God speaking so that when the word doesn’t come true they don’t have to accept responsiblity.  Sounds like a garden variety blame game that is as old as Eden.  I can guarantee that when God speaks it’s true.

Throughout the ages man has ridden power trips so high in their own minds that they never realized the spirit has left them.  It is true there is nothing new under the sun just take a look back at Samson and then ask yourself where does your strength/power come from and who is your Delilah?

Now before someone who by chance may read this and recite for me one more time not to forsake the assembling of yourselves verse let me say that before you do let me say I’ve heard that verse, I know that verse, I know what the verse means.  I know who said those words and I know who recorded them in writing by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. 

Assembling is so important it is not to be forsaken so as we begin the final countdown we start with this and let the words begin and end with So be it for the word is true and faithful.

1Jo 2:18  Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
